Tell us about your life & why you started with Team Bunny. How did you feel about yourself and your body?
In the fall of last year, I was exhausted! I woke up tired, spent my day dragging my heels, and went to sleep even more tired; if that is even humanly possible. I decided I needed a huge change. I needed to clean up my eating and get back into shape. I took a long hard look at the foods I was relying on to get through my day. Coffee loaded with cream and sugar was the way I started my day, every day. I ate extremely large meals that relied heavily on starchy carbs. The first thing I decided to do was reach out to Jill Bunny. I was scared that I would fail, and with her guidance & support, we started my journey to a healthier, fitter me.. that focused on sustainable change!

What inspired you to change your life and begin your transformation journey?
My level of exhaustion was exactly what inspired me to make a change! I knew that I could not continue the same path I was on and expect to maintain a healthy body. The same time I started my journey with Team Bunny was the same time I decided to help my closest friends/ family too! I created a private FB account and uploaded pictures every week to my private to help keep myself accountable and also to help my friends change their path! The small Private Group is still going strong! Plus I love that Jill is part of the group and actively comments – even on my friends pictures that aren’t officially with Team Bunny – however they have just started the Ultimate Training Program (which is now what our GROUP is all doing together.. let’s just say there is a lot of swearing lol)

What is the greatest challenge you faced before beginning the program? How did the program and Jill Bunny help you overcome that challenge?
The greatest challenge I had before Team Bunny was staying committed to a program. The weekly check-ins and phone calls were what helped me stay on track! I also now use a passions planner – it feels great marking off my workout & clean eating plan every single day!

What in particular did you like about working with Team Bunny?
Without a doubt – my beautiful & intelligent MENTOR Jill! She has to be the most motivational coach I have ever had. Whenever I thought, I have hit an obstacle & I can’t do this… she gets you to ‘dig deep’ and push yourself like you never have; by showing compassion. She really listens and truly cares about her clients health & well-being.

Describe the results you achieved with your 12 Week Transformation. Which achievements are you proud of?
I lost 15 pounds and a ton of inches, but I am more excited that I completed what I started! I am now doing the Ultimate Training Program & have signed up for weekly accountability sessions for all of 2019 – Jill is more than just a training / programmer, she is my mentor and therapist!

How has your life changed since completing your 12 Week Transformation?
I have more energy than I did 20 years ago! Energy… is everything!
