Using cognitive behavior-based strategies, I will empower you to make healthy lifestyle choices; even amongst the chaos. Your 60 minute coaching calls will help you create a healthy sustainable diet, while teaching the missing link in “mental fitness” – how you think and feel about food and exercise.

Typical trainers and fitness programs assume that you know how to keep yourself from veering off track. As humans, mistakes happen. I will teach you exactly what to do immediately following a “mistake”, and how to solve problems and prevent mistakes in the future.
